St Margarets

The Crown Nursery, St Margarets, is situated in the heart of the community, convenientl located opposite the bus stop and train station. The nursery operates over four, carefully designed floors. Each space offers a warm, homely environment, where children of different ages can explore, develop and learn.
The site can care for up to 60 children daily, from the age of 3 months to 5 years. Children benefit from well-resourced internal learning environments, an exciting sensory den, and a fun outdoor learning area. All spaces are safe and secure, and are designed to support the development a wide range of skills, knowledge, and interests. The children also enjoy regular outings, which enhance their natural curiosity of life and learning.
A nursery chef provides delicious, healthy, freshly cooked meals daily in the well-equipped nursery kitchen. Adequate toilets are provided and all areas are kept clean and tidy.
In addition to the children’s learning areas, the St Margarets setting offers a community hub space. This is a safe place where individuals and groups can come together and share experiences and knowledge to help and support each other. We deliver a programme of workshops and classes each term; the focus of which vary and largely depend on the needs of our nursery families and friends.
